1. The service
Stretchy.Us LLC (“Stretchy.Us,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers expert one-on-one assisted stretching sessions in the Bay Area. A session is conducted by a trained stretch specialist (the “assistant”) who guides you through a personalized stretching routine you control by pace and duration.
What this service is not. Stretchy.Us does not provide and is not a substitute for: massage, massage therapy, chiropractic care, physical therapy, acupuncture, osteopathy, naturopathy, yoga, aerial yoga, or any form of acrobatics. Our assistants are not licensed medical providers and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
2. Booking and pricing
Sessions are booked by the minute on our website. You choose your own duration — there are no preset blocks. You only pay for the minutes you use.
- Intro Stretch — first-time clients pay $1 per minute for their first session.
- Minute packs — prepaid bundles of 100, 200, 300, or 400 minutes at progressively lower per-minute rates.
- Membership — a monthly subscription that locks in our lowest per-minute rate and reserves a recurring block of minutes. See the Pricing page for current rates.
All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By submitting a booking or purchase you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the session, pack, or monthly subscription you select.
3. Cancellation policy
A scheduled session may be cancelled or rescheduled with written notice (email or text) to Stretchy.Us LLC at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, at no charge.
If you cancel, no-show, or reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, you agree to a 30-minute deduction from your minute balance (or, for intro sessions, a charge equal to 30 minutes at the intro rate).
4. Minute packs and membership
- Pack minutes do not expire.
- Pack minutes are transferable to friends or family at your discretion.
- Pack minutes and monthly-membership minutes are non-refundable.
- Membership minutes accumulate and do not expire as long as the membership remains active.
- You may pause, change, or cancel your monthly membership by emailing or texting Stretchy.Us. Changes take effect the following calendar month and require 30 days’ notice for monthly-minute changes.
5. Health, liability, and waiver
You represent and warrant that you are in good physical condition and that you have no disability, impairment, or ailment that would prevent you from engaging in active or passive stretching, or that participating would be detrimental to your health. The assistant has neither made any claims as to medical results nor suggested any medical or therapeutic treatment. We recommend you consult a physician before engaging this service.
You acknowledge it is your responsibility to inform the assistant of any pain or discomfort before, during, or after a session so the service can be immediately ceased.
You acknowledge that stretching services carry inherent risks including, without limitation, injury from slipping, tripping, falling, muscle strain, fatigue, vertigo, stress, rupture, or other unforeseen causes. With full knowledge of those risks, you agree to assume them.
The full Agreement and Waiver of Liability is presented and signed at the time you book your first session. By booking, you agree to be bound by that waiver in addition to these Terms of Service.
6. SMS communications
When you provide your phone number while booking, you may opt in to receive SMS messages from Stretchy.Us. We separate transactional and promotional SMS into two independent opt-ins:
- Transactional / informational SMS — booking confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, account notifications, and customer care. These are sent only when you check the corresponding box on the booking form.
- Promotional / marketing SMS — occasional announcements about packs, membership, or new locations. These are sent only when you check the corresponding box on the booking form, which is entirely optional.
For both categories: message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to book or receive your sessions — we will fall back to email or phone call.
